- A statement that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

3. Removal of Infringing Material
Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also notify the copyright owner that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notice, we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to the material. We will also notify the copyright owner that we have restored the material or ceased disabling access to the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
9AZ.org has a policy of terminating access to repeat infringers. If you believe that your account has been terminated in error, you may contact us at contact@9az.org.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Policy on our Website.
